Our vision is a Parish:

Our actions are directed towards:

1. Forming Apostles by:

* Fostering an intimate relationship with Jesus through a process of training, reception and anointing in ministry and ongoing mentoring to develop ministry skills;
* Hosting regular leadership retreats, especially for youth and young males discerning religious vocation, to encourage bonding and spiritual growth;
* Conducting Faith and scripture workshops to encourage evangelisation and spiritual maturing;

2. Releasing the gifts of the Holy Spirit in active and relevant ministries by:

* Individual leader and group ownership of all ministries through regular meetings to pray for the gifts of the Holy Spirit and testimonials at Sunday Masses to give witness to the Holy Spirit;
* Identifying parishioners strong in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and discerning call to leadership through introductory pastoral formation programs in basic elements of ministry;
* Our parish priest visiting one ministry or ministry member's home per week for pastoral support and providing this schedule to the Parish on a monthly basis.
